I'm assuming that we did not lose any recruits yesterday in the draft, although you would never know that from reading the Asswiper.
Unless I missed it in this mornings edition, they did not mention one way or the other anything about our recruits.
Congrats Jason! You had a fantastic year and deserve the opportunity to play pro ball. Two of your pitching cohorts from this year's Cajun squad will possibly be facing the same decision you are dealing with this same time next year. Young men get one chance to grow and develop in the college game and to live the college experience. Hindsight is ALWAYS 20/20. The KEY to personal success is to develop and get better - at whatever you do. I know you have been pitching for only a few years and it is remarkable how good you are in such a short period of time. You can only get better - I just want for you to place yourself into the environment that you can best do that. Whether that is returning for your Senior Cajun year to develop there with your cohorts or if you decide it is time to go pro, I wish you nothing but success. So again, CONGRATS Jason on your accomplishment.Originally Posted by NewsCopy

So far no current UL players have been taken. However, I do not know about any recruits. Does anybody have any info on this? Please post. Thanks.
Ditto, (but hopefully with us). =)Originally Posted by Dad04

Josh Bailey
Brandt Sanders was just offered and will more than likely sign a free agent contract with the Cleveland Indians. He will report to their rookie league affiliate in Burlington, North Carolina later this month.Originally Posted by cajunproud
