UL Sweeps Georgia Tech, Orgeron Becomes Cajun's RBI Leader

The Eighth ranked Ragin’ Cajuns softball team used an eight-run fourth inning to erase a seven-run deficit in game one, and Christi Orgeron became the school’s all-time RBI leader in game two as the Cajuns remained unbeaten on the year and extended their nation’s longest home winning streak to 33 games.

I know the football team helps support the ladies softball team; there are a couple of men's basketball players (now former) that could learn a LOT about LEADERSHIP by watching this team!

Congratulations ladies, you are indeed having a special season ... you do not know the meaning of "quit" or "lose"!

And what is great is that they did it in front of a GREAT crowd! Whoever was at the first game and saw these lady Cajuns fight to the end has to be a serious fan now! These girls are top 10 in the nation they deserve a packed house very game!

Kudos to Georgia Tech too. Those girls did not quit either. Great softball last night at Lamson Park!

It was simply awesome! The crowd was electric all night! Great chants! I made great friends with the GTech fans too. They were really fun.
