With the forecast the way it was, we could have played the game, but we would have missed out on our best gate of the season. Much better to reschedule.

I understand the financial impact of rescheduling when the weather may be better. But I am willing to bet Rick Jones finds any and every excuse to not make the trip to The Tigue this year. We all know he doesn't want to come here to begin with.

Go back about a decade.....someone on the NCAA baseball selection committee opened their mouth and said one determining factor about us getting a regional host over Tulane was our victory over them that year. Ricky wasn't happy then and he still ain't happy now.
