Go back about a decade.....someone on the NCAA baseball selection committee opened their mouth and said one determining factor about us getting a regional host over Tulane was our victory over them that year. Ricky wasn't happy then and he still ain't happy now.

I remember that. Oh well lets just kick their butts in New Orleans this year. Me, I would never schedule them without a return, and in fact the return would always be the first game. Screw them.

Funny thing is it didnt rain one drop at The Tigue when the game would have been played. It was cancelled because Rick Jones is a little BEEEEEEOTCH that wanted any excuse not to come to Lafayette.

there was no way he was getting on that bus, nola reported the game cancelled 2 hours before diamond club luncheon where robe said the game was still on and a decison would be made, jones had already made his decision.
