Idiot took his best shot prior to the game, about 3 hours, and yes he was probably drunk. The kid was about 22 years old. But not to worry, he only represents 1% of the "bad" fans as good fans so often chime in. Let me think 1% of 92k is about 920 idiots willing to do almost anything and call it protecting their turf.

Yea, we know the score, and it was not nearly the worst beating put on us by teams you might consider less than LSU. LaTech put a hell of whippin on us in that general era. I do not recall getting assulted there. I guess my point it isn't about the coaches or players, it is about the other fans who quite frankly are often a lot more than 1% of the idiots. Sat in the stands with my son and some drunk was falling all over the place in a UAB game making the most absurd observations about UAB who was not being blown away.. That was the last time I was willing to visit the stadium as a guest of my son.

Turbine, you have it right! BB does, in my book, stand for baseball, but leave it to the nerds to twist abbreviations to serve their purple and gold passion. Next time I will "spell it out".

It appears that Aaron Hill has figured out how to grip a bat as of late. Good for him. Glad to see him improve from the only person in the history of baseball to let slip a rubber gripped bat with batting gloves and have it fly 100 feet away.
