Football Season Ticket sales

We all have complained from time to time about wanting to have a budget that was much larger and get into a larger conference that would bring us more bowl revenue and TV revenue!!

Many companies have and will continue to come aboard with Louisiana Athletics, but THEY can not do the CHEERING in the stands, it must come from the FANS!!!

Buy your season tickets anywhere in the Swamp, there are tickets for you rich fat cats and us poor dawgs. If you own a company outside Louisiana but do business with customers in Acadiana, buy season tickets and give them to your customers and just may create another Cajun Fan!

UL's program is certainly turning around, and it is up to each of us to do our part to continue the growth!! Just think if most everyone on this board either bought tickets for the first time and/or got friends to do the same and them to continue to invite their friends to do the same!!!

We could easily go over 10,000 season tickets this year!!!

How many season tickets did we sell last year? I renewed my 4 for this season and would love to see us top 10,000. I try to make 2-3 games; but the tickets do get used even when I can't make it to Lafayette. Hopefully I can get to town for a couple more this year. Would help if gas went back down to around $1.50/gal. The tickets are pretty inexpensive compared to the cost of getting to town!

I plan on getting season tickets for the first time in my life. They are a great deal, and I hate to see them ever go up in price, but when the success comes, it's a price I won't mind paying.

You can get upper deck seats for $78 per ticket. That averages out to $13 a ticket. That is a great deal considering what our brethren across the basin must pay for a single ticket.

Feels great to be a contributing member of the alumni family instead of a freeloading college student. j/k.

I have renewed my five seats, my dad his one, my cousin(former LSU athlete and grad and season ticket holder)did not renew as of last year his LSU tickets but did get UL tickets(2), also several friends of mine renewed their 2-4 tickets!!!

I have renewed my 2 season tickets and my parking pass. Just to let you know the funds for the parking pass goes to the UL foundation earmarked for athletics. It is tax deductible and gets you a copy of the foundation report every year. My parking pass was $50 extra and worth every penny.

I would buy some season tickets this year but i may be a student yet again at UL and may not have to, but if i dont get back in i will try to get at least 2 season tickets by the beginning of the season

My former job would keep me away from home for about 22 days a month. I would be home every other weekend. Last year was a bad year for me as I was gone for every Cajun home game except for one (which was Florida Atlantic...not such a good game to attend). My work schedule for this years football season would have been identical to last years, with me making only one home game.

BUT.....

I recently took a new job offer that keeps me home and I will be purchasing 2 season tickets this year. Football can't come soon enough, but I have a feeling that baseball will keep us very entertained in the coming weeks!

Don't have a parking pass but would like to know who to contact to purchase one. Any numbers available? And, can you "choose" an area to park in, or are they dependent on what type/location tickets you have, or club memberships, etc.

Contact the ticket office. You don't have to join any club. There are different levels for closer parking I think. The parking next to stadium with the signs I think is $500. We park in the next area. There is an assigned area to park but no assigned parking spots. You must have a parking pass to park there. When you drive up to your assigned entry area they just wave you in while everyone else waits and searches.
