Cajuns win 6 to 5. Southern base runner caught stealing was the big play in the ninth inning. He had it stolen but over ran the bag due to the artificial turf. Home field helped us here.

Good night overall for us. Both our diamond sports win and WKU wins an NCAA "play in" game. That is good for us as the conference schools will now get two NCAA shares due to the fact the Toppers will play two tourney games. That is one (and maybe the only one) advantage of participating in a play in game.

What are you talking about play in game. They are in, and they set an NCAA record for comebacks in the last five minutes of a game. Somehow good stats come to teams with good histories.

WKU looke like they were overmatched for 35 minutes, I mean really overmatched. MVSU treated them like red headed stepchildren. Took the ball away at will it seems. But that Topper magic came again. You gotta love it, and I know the Topper nation could not be happier than a chance to beat their hated foe Kentucky, long shot though it be.
