I have no clue . . . EXCEPT . . . and it has nothing to do with them changing the titles of the stories after they have been submitted, and they do, change the titles.
It seems that early in the morning the sports stories get filed generically under "SPORTS" then they get moved, which creates a different web address.
LSU seems to be priority #1 their stories get moved to "SPORTS01"
UL is priority #2 their stories get moved to "SPORTS02"
I say I have no clue because some stories never get moved from "SPORTS"
What we may have to do is just wait and do the new grab later, after they move them.
