No, thanks, we are 26ft above Lafayette City Hall where I live we were High but certainly not dry! To the North of me though was a lot of flooding, Carencro land owners and the City/Parish need to see about digging out the coolee's deeper and wider and line with some sort of product like on the south side of lafayette parish! How did you do with the rain?

Doing fine DC, if it were not for news of what happened it was like any above average storm.

No flooding, and ever since Rita I live on a street with a "No Wake Zone" sign.

This board has a lot of negative talk about the recruits coming in. Again we have 3 of the top 50 kids in texas signed. And to whoever thinks Pg coming in is average must know nothing about basketball. Diaz and Okde have played aau ball and highschool ball together. These 2 coming in are the best recruits UL has seen in years. Both these girls have played in every national aau event since they were freshman. Along with nike skills camps. They have played with and against some the best girls in this country. Jay nareau did a hell of a job getting these girls here in only his 2nd year recruting for UL. Shame know one speaks the facts.

Amen, hire him, he will work as hard or harder than anyone out there, and has a huge recruiting base in Louisiana. Awesome person, coach, teacher and leadeer on and off the court.

There has been only one poster with negative comments about recruits on this board. He wants his father-in-law to be the new coach. I don't think making negative comments about new signees are the approach to promote his favored candidate. I hope that these girls enjoy their stay at UL. Thanks

No AD would ever put out an official list of candidates. When you read about a candidate list, it comes from the media using sources to get the information. Sometimes the source might be in the department but would be anonymous.

I haven't done anything about trying to find out who the candidates are. I just have too much other stuff on my plate right now, not all of which is UL related.

Remember, coaches that Scott might have on his list might still be in, or have just completed post-season play.

Well said... why are we rushing, we need to get the best Coach for the job. This program is in need of rebuilding and it needs to be someone who will come in with a strong work ethic.
