Generally speaking being young should hardly ever be a reason for an established program to be less than good, and that has been a common theme over the years since the CWS. We have had good teams always a player or two away from being great teams and a lot of wait til next year. This team is YOUNG and is GOOD, and if not for injuries would be really good.

Great job for Robe and the staff in getting these young salty guys and getting them prepared. Anyone could have collapsed after that first inning, instead the other team did

Great comments. They are maturing much quicker than I thought they would/could.

One note -- SoMiss is going to come out pretty ticked off today after being embarrassed last night. It will be interesting to see how we respond.
