    Default Friday nite Baseball

With the weather outside now when would they make a decision about tonites game with Southern Mississippi? With the artificail turf making things better would they make announcement as late as possible?

    Thanks

The field surface is ready to play within minutes after a major downpour. I think we probably play tonights game. Saturday & Sunday still up in the air.

I think we play as long as we don't have a solid wall of rain at 5:30.

With Southern Miss traveling by bus that leaves Sunday wide open for a double header. Win or lose these games will be valuable at the end of the season (RPI). The turf will finally prove how valuable it really is. Geaux Cajuns!

Forecast is changing. If they can get a game in tonight, you should see two games to be attempted on Saturday. Sunday looking like a wash out.

I am by the field and it is not raining. Rain stopped about 10:30. Field is in good shape. Walked the outfield.....looks good for tomorrow. Sunday????????

As long as it isn't raining, the field drains so well that it will be playable.
