If your looking for baseball gear the Tigue is your best bet. I ran into the bookstore wednesday to grab a new baseball T-shirt before heading to Lake Chuck and they didn't have any.

But you would think there would be more around town. The Tigue has some. I'd like to get official on field stuff other than caps. But you would think all sports stuff would be available. Softball been doing well for years. The recent success of football. Coach Robichaux usually has a good competitive team. Just seems like the area would be red with gear

Unfortunately, you can only get Baseball stuff at the Baseball field (and I think the same goes for Softball as well).

I don't think you can get actual on field jerseys with the exception of the couple of times a year when they auction off specialty game jerseys (St Patricks game jersey, military appreciation day (camo) jersey, etc). If my brain can remember, I'll ask Tony at the next Diamond Club luncheon I can attend and re-post.

The only other place might be Bell's.

Avoid Academy like the plague. They have cr..ap. If you do buy that ______ and wear it, you cant tell if you're a Cajun fan or a Wash. Redskins fan. Bells, Bookstore, Louisiana Hotstuff...even Albertsons rep UL really well. Still may not be what you are looking for, but those are your choices.

I saw a kid with what looked like an on field jersey at the Alcorn State game.

HAven't been to Bell's. La Hot Stuff has some decent stuff. But you would think there would be more places having gear. Something like Tiger mania in BR for LSU. I did get a bowl t shirt before the bowl game that I thought was the best looking bowl shirt before the game

The UL Book Store is not fond of off campus supportive marketing.

The previous two seasons the Shop at the Tigue had the on-field baseball jerseys for sale for kids and men.......from what I saw last week those are either not available at this time or just not available.....ask the people working the shop....they usually know whats coming out or know how to get it.
Also, I have heard on multiple occasions that Russell (our official Uni provider) is doing a p!ss poor job of fulfilling there obligation to provide replica jerseys for football, baseball, and bball. I've asked them if they were going to get anything that resembles the football unis and they said "we were supposed to but Russell canceled our order" soooo i think that's the reason you don't see a lot of "on-field" stuff. Hopefully we can get Nike or Adidas on board and actually get some merchandise.

If they could do something like I've seen Nike done for LSU...a tshirt that looks like the jerseys. I've never heard bad stuff about Russell but I guess it happens. I asked the girl working @ the Tigue the other night something and she acted like she didn't know anything
