UH ties it up at 7 in the bottom of the 6th. I assume Ashley is still not back at full strength.
Not so fast, Stevie P said the wind is blowing serious and that Houston's 2nd home run would have been a pop up on a normal day. It's actually a bad combination because Brignac is a rise ball pitcher. Houston actually hasn't hit many HRs at all this season so they are clearly using it to their advantage. Might see a pitching change in the 7th if the Cajuns can get the lead
I will be nervous in extra innings with Houston being the home team, you can bet they'll be swinging away hoping for that one pitch to hit
Cajuns get out of the beef of Houston's lineup, going to extra innings and looking good with the top of the order coming up. Let's go!
In the 1970's I could catch AM-960 in Beaumont and even caught it in Jasper, TX once. At night on low power you could catch it in Opelousas.
I just lost the station at College and Bertrnd on Johnston, in Lafayette.
This is even with the 960 studios.
"Bring back radio tubes"
Waaaaaay too dangerous to keep giving another at bat to Houston.
http://talkradio960.com/listen-live/ You can listen to it here...
In the 9th...if we can get there...3, 4 and 5 due. Orgeron, Haack and Cormier. Uh...those three would be my picks to get it done.
Time to get it done!!
