    That's impressive.

I only made two games this year because I happened to be ill, working, or out on some other business. Besides, I have no allegiances that require me to show any loyalty to this or any other program. The support I have given to this school in the past is based soley on my own desire to pull for this school as I see fit. I owe you zero explanations & furthermore, it's idiots like yourself who drive most of the support that the school never sees away. People such as yourself & select others on here prove your undeniable stupidity every day without regard to season, by attemptIng to belittle people who do attend games, so what do you think someone new to town or who has not attended any in a certain amount of time are going to think when they read how you as a self described faithful follower, are going to act toward them?

Do you think the attitude you have is in any way conducive to growing the support of the program? Because I will obviously state for the record that it is not.

Actually, my attitude, his attitude or anyone else's attitude isn't hurting anything. Look at the increase in attendance for football and last years basketball.

I assume you feel that way about every other college, including LSU. Spend some time on Tigerdroppings and see if the insults don't fly.

BTW, I npriced in an earlier post that you stated that you had just gotten season tickets for the first time last year. Did someone grease the bandwagon handles so you couldn't climb on board before then? Or is your selective loyalty superior to everyone else's, well, because it's yours?

Not sure if this is for me. I've had 8 season tickets since 2004.

I wasn't addressing you specifically, but then again, I guess I was. I stand corrected. You are right sir. If the basketball team ever produces a consistent quality product again, it won't matter how many jerks like yourself attempt to drive folks off. They will show enough intelligence not to pay ANY attention to your sniveling.

You calling me an idiot and stupid? That's laughable. Don't get mad because I'm calling you out for what you really are. Hell, you gave yourself the title. I'm of the belief that my money and bringing people to UL events that haven't been before does a lot more for growing the program than ____ing you off does to hurt it.
I noticed about 2 or 3 weeks ago that you started commenting on some of the basketball threads as if you were some self-appointed expert that saw every game this team played this year, when in actuality you only saw two. Anyone who saw a decent amount of games this season knows that the ULM game was by most accounts an aberration. Yet you come on here saying things like Elfrid Payton shouldn't be at the point and should be on the bench, that EP should be a forward, and other misinformed nonsense. But yet when he comes to the first game of the conference tournament and almost puts up a triple-double you're nowhere to be found. Nothing to be heard about how you were wrong and congratulating him on his play. Nothing.
Here's the deal. You're a football fan primarily. You go to a lot of the spring practices that are open and as many games as you can, such as ASU last year. We get it. Stick to that. When a question is posed about a sport that you don't frequent, why don't you try not putting your ramblings out there. Or at least try and make a few games before you start arguments with others who actually watch those teams play.

You are 100% correct on this CE. And there is no amount of brow beating which can change the facts. I personally attempted to get three different self described Cajin old school fans to attend the senior night game with us, & they each came up with multiple reasons they just couldn't make it. I know those people very well & can guarantee, they have done their share of team following on the radio just as I have. If this team had twenty or more wins under their belts, any chance at all to win in the CT, or a star player who was making some hay, they would have been there also.

hey thats a good point. At what point are you no longer a bandwagon fan? I've had season tickets since 2008.. I've been a basketball season ticket holder since 2010 and a charter RCAF member.

At what point is someone no longer a bandwagon fan? Am I still a bandwagon fan?

Turb... i was thinking about your question about support and I am not sure how to answer that. You see...I hear the team is led by a new 17+1 year old who can't handle the team...is prone to turnovers...and is being used out of position. I don't know if they are worth supporting.

Oh, wait...this just in. That playing-out-of-position, turnover-prone 17+1 year old finished the other night close to a triple double. Maybe I'll decide to buy tickets and make some games.
