I'm saying I have no problem with it because if it was really bad, they would have been penalized for it during the games. I can assure you that pretty much every team does this, the Saints were just stupid enough to leave a paper trail and get caught. I'm sure they'll be punished and they will have earned a punishment but I don't think they what they did was so bad.


Favre didn't even care about it and he was one of the targets, I believe his quote was "It's football. I don't think anything less of those guys."

The whole Internet moral police thing is played out. People hit each other in football, sometimes they hit each other hard.

Oh please. Every football player who has ever played high school or above is taught to hit the other team's players as hard as possible to try and knock them out of the game. Bounty or no bounty the Saints were going to try to do everything within the rules to injure the other team's players. Every single Pro, College, or High School team in this country tries to do the same thing. It's part of the game. And if the NFL doesn't like that they need to change the rules to two-hand touch.
