Brian Bowman's bases-loaded bunt single broke a 4-all tie in the bottom of the eighth inning and completed a comeback for the UL Ragin' Cajuns baseball team which picked up a 6-4 victory over Alcorn State on Tuesday evening at Tigue Moore Field.

Watched that game and it seems that both teams wanted to give the game to the other, but Alcorn State made it clear they were not to be denied with several walks and wild pitches to give UL the game.
If the Cajuns can start doing what Coach Robe wants, not beat yourself with mistakes, then this team can be pretty competitive.
Bowman, consisitent playing time, not worried about being pulled after one mistake, little confidence, all the tools. Stay healthy, steal 50 and get drafted. And get to a regional and all that stuff to. PS Bow, when your stats come up on the screen, they look alot better when theres average, hr, rbi. Work on that middle haha
All Bowman wants to do is mash the ball. Wake up in the morning...wants to mash the ball. Go to church...pray for more opportunities to mash the ball. Goes on a date...wonders if the women he is with throws breaking balls...so he can mash them. Lifts weights...more muscle to mash with. Sees a crying child...wishes he could mash the ball to cheer the kid up. Goes to the zoo...wishes he had legs like a Tiger so he could mash the ball farther. Brian Bowman's favorite way to prepare potatoes...mashed.
