APragincajun must have been some type of grad assistant or student assistant in the past. He says he worked for Coach Lee for 3 years and Coach Marlin for 1 year. That means he is no longer on the staff. He could not have been a paid member from last year as the entire professional Cajun coaching staff returned intact from last season. Coaches Kevin Johnson and Nikita Johnson do the bulk of the recruiting, Coach Neil Hardin is Coach Marlin's right hand X and O man, and Brock Morris is Director of Basketball Operations (he spends more hours doing miscellaneous stuff than you can imagine at minimal pay and is one of the best speakers I have ever met for a man so young). They, like most of the players were embarrassed by what happened on Saturday.

Halfway through this year we could tell JJ didn't have his heart in it. I was counting on Raymone stepping up to become a leader next year but oh well. Im glad Marlin put his foot down, id rather have less talent and more heart than a bunch of whiny pre-madonnas.
