Exactly! Add to that the fact that his throwing motion from behind the plate is more stressful on the elbow than his throwing motion from the outfield.

I urge coaches to play athletes more when peeps come into chat rooms and knock the coaches decisions about their play. That keeps the troublemakers on the bench where they belong and actually gives struggling players an opportunity to break out of slumps---which keeps the troublemakers on the bench even longer.

GetTheFacts1st you need to do as your username implies and read my original post. I was frustrated with how Strentz was still batting 3rd not the fact that he was in the lineup. As I mentioned earlier in this thread I agree that a guy in a slump needs to keep getting AB's and eventually hit out of it. Just didn't agree with keeping him in the 3 hole to do that. Also, are all of our non-starters troublemakers? It's not their fault people come on here and question the status quo.

Robe is gonna do what he does. He is gonna reach over 900 wins this year, and yall are questioning his coaching. I would think yall should just let the season pan out and see that Robe knows what he is doing to get wins.
