The first critic was only expressing his belief as it pertains to the "concept" of the APR but he truly doesn't understand it and how it measures academic success. I doubt many of us here do either but we are brining in better student athletes.

Poopoo was just blowing off steam as I seriously doubt that Butch Pierre would be spouting off to some guy he met in the airport about UL of all places. Speculation aside, people are bound to explore their options often to see if there is a better fit somewhere else. I'm not saying the program is perfect but we finally have a youthful, talented team that we can build around for years to come. Remember, if there is something so wrong with our coach, he would have never been able to get Southall to walk the straight line when he finally agreed to let him back.

He had better talent around him last year and didn't shine at all. For the most part he looked lost on the court. He was a starter at the beginning of the season but lost his job due to inconsistant play. He forced a lot of shots in the in and became and offensive liability w/ his turnovers. I wish him all the luck but he wouldn't have been anything more than a bench player this season.

    G Daigle
    G Bureau
    G Gradnigo
    F Gary / Johnson
    C Barr

I don't know about you but I like this starting 5. And then there's a few more centers coming in that may be interchangable with the 5 listed. And lets not forget about a decent bench w/ Bloom, Dison, Wallace, Lago. I know we have got a ways to go but I can't wait for some Cajun BB!!!!!!!!!!! _
Don't forget about Ryan Mccoy. He was brought in for the specific purpose of getting a true point guard and possibly allowing Daigle to move to the #2 or at the very least, bringing him off the bench and then moving Daigle over. Either way, I can't wait to see what he has to offer.

McCoy was brought in to add depth to the point position not to replace Daigle at it. Daigle will be the starting point with McCoy and Lago backing him up. With Daigles health issues you can never have enough depth

We don't know all the details...I was at an end of the year party two years ago, it was a latin dance, no drugs (just lots of sweaty latinas) and the cops came. There was a knock at the door, when it was answered, our apartment was swarmed with the fuzz... no questions were asked, but handcuffs were put on...the owner asked why he was being arrested and he was charged with resisting...the entering and remaining after forbidden can also be bull...it's at the discretion (or prejudice) of the officer...

He shouldn't be tossed out with the garbage b/c he's transferring...the fans never know the whole story...

Before this story came out, everyone was saying he was leaving b/c he was home sick. Wish him well and thank him for his Freshman of the year efforts...

I think you're mistaken for a couple of reasons. First, why would we bring in a guy with our limited scholarships available, a guy who is a true point guard when we have two on the team? Actually, I guess the answer to the first question leads to the second. First, coach Lee would rather see Daigle play the 2 more than run the point as this was his natural position in high school and we need a floor general to run the offense, take care of the ball and distribute. Daigle is a pure shooter and I have no problems with him at the point but he got a bit rattled under good pressure last year. I don't think they brought in McCoy to just sit and back up anybody. Lago doesn't have the confidence of the coaches and they would like to move Daigle, at least at times, to the #2 and get him some open looks. Plus, that is what I've heard from those involved

There is a link on louisiana.scout.com that says where Millsap is transferring to. Anyone have access to the site and can post the article on here?
