I'm looking for career kicking stats on Mike Lemoine. I know as a freshman in 1987 Patrick Broussard split a little kicking time with Mike.

Mike Lemoine scored more than 60 points both 1988 and 1989.

As the place-kicker. He hit on 12 of 18 field goals and all 27 extra points in 1989

CROWLEY - When Mike Lemoine was young, he had goals like any other athlete. One was to play for Lafayette High, and he did that. Lemoine also parlayed a talent for kicking the football into collegiate success with the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns. But there was another item on Lemoine's agenda. "Growing up, one of my goals was to make an American Legion team," Lemoine said. "I really enjoy the tradition of American Legion Baseball. The tradition the program has, and its connection with the military, is special, I think. "Especially at this time, it's very special. I think people ought to understand what American Legion is about." Lemoine has coached the St. Thomas More-based Holbert Steelers to a second-place finish behind Delhomme in this year's Third District West race, and his 8-4-1 squad will be among the hopefuls gathered at Miller Stadium for this weekend's Southwest Sub-Regional Tournament.
