If UL and UALR end up tied who would own tiebreaker for 2nd seed in tournament?

I think it goes within division, then against the better records of teams. In this case we have lost to bad teams, and in order to tie we will have to win out meaning we beat good teams.
TWO TEAM TIE-BREAKING FORMULA FOR DETERMINING DIVISIONAL CHAMPION
A. Won-lost record of head-to-head competition between the two teams.
B. Division winning percentage of the two teams (10 games).
C. Winning Percentage of the two teams versus the highest seeded team (and proceeding through all seeds 3-12, if necessary).
D. Coin flip by the Commissioner.
*THREE OR MORE TEAM TIE-BREAKING FORMULA FOR DETERMINING DIVISIONAL CHAMPION
A. Winning percentage in games played among the tied teams.
B. Division winning percentage of the tied teams (10 games).
C. Winning Percentage of the teams versus the highest seeded team (and proceeding through all seeds, if necessary).
D. If a tie still exists, a draw will be conducted by the Commissioner.

Right now, they have 1 division loss with 2 div games to play, we have 2 div losses with 3 div games to play so they'd hold that tie-breaker currently if we were tied.
The three game format is a farce.
What the Sun Belt does first is not determine how the conference teams finished the regular season but rather the first thing they do is throw out any teams not eligible for the post season.
Regular season standings should be determined first. Then "IF" #1 can't represent, you go to the second place team.
