Thread: Super Bowl thread.

    Default Super Bowl thread.

How clutch is Eli Manning? Pretty clutch. Twice he takes a team as a wild card through the playoffs winning 3 games on the road in January and winning a Super Bowl they are not favored to win in. All the hemming and hawing about him not being an elite quarterback can be flushed down the toilet. Pretty impressive. Stamped his bust in Canton.

How many quarterbacks from the State of Louisiana have been to Super Bowls now?

They were Eastern Division champs this year and played their fist game at home.

You're correct.almost felt like the East winner was a wild card team. Still 2 games on the road in January is still pretty good.

Even better trivia question.can you name all the Super Bowls where the two STARTING quarterbacks were from the same state?

I have checked again, I am pretty confident I am correct. If as wcd35 says III, I agree not close enough. Unitas did not start and the question was “STARTING quarterbacks”
