"LOUISIANA Cajun Dome"
Wish I was going to be there. Got to know Dean at both of the basketball reunions last year. One hella-of-a-person. A credit to the University.
I also heard Marvin Winkler would be there next week for the game. At the time did not know why but now it makes sense. One of Coach Shipley's former players was talking to Mrs. Shipley and told her that Marvin would be in town next week. I am not sure who the gentleman was, but it was obvious to me that he played basketball and he knew Mrs Shipley.
Two not only great ball players but great people. Class. Marlin really gets it.
Dean-O has been in the H of F for a long time---What they are doing is retiring his Jersey-----Fun guy to watch play and a great guy to have as a friend as athletes together----Congrats Man!!!!!!
