From what I saw, he looked like the best player on that Breaux Bridge team inc. the LSU guys. He is young and still growinig. He will be a beast.

I agree. Even with all of the hype of some of the guys in this class, he may end up being the gem of them all

On the radio show Hud said the Breaux Bridge coach said he was the best football player on that team.

I was on this guy early. Something struck with him that UL offered him but LSU offered his buddies. They told him they'd try to find room for him.. we were there from the beginning. The guy is a beast. He will be great for us. No doubt. You can't teach heart or instinct... he seems to have both.

I knew the gray shirt would come eventually, but he's not like one of the many flaky teens in this process. He's a man of his word. He was the true leader on our defense the last 2 years and is easily the best pure player. Maybe not quite the speed and athleticism of Louis (an elite athlete) but loads of instinct, great athleticism and room to grow more than his counterpart. Its tough to compare to offense so I don't really know what best on the team is, but in terms of a "football player" he's the best, in that old school, instinctive, leader and bruising way. I think that was what was meant.

I'm good buddies with a coach at Breaux Bridge that told me Tyren is the best football player on that team.

From what I've seen he's the best defensive player in the state. He will be a great leader for UL's defense for years to come.

This dude is a jack of all trades. Not only does he have a nice future in football, he is well on his way to being a great journalist: http://www.theadvertiser.com/article...ook-new-Cajuns
