Hard to play at this level with our two best players out and no one inside. Sad state of affairs.... I'm sorry.

I feel for the players who are trying all they can and aren't coming away with victories. Being shorthanded hurts, but I wonder if all is being done to come up with some kind of a plan to get momentum going. The records over the past few years clearly shows the team lacks certain things needed to produce victories and regrettably, it falls on the coach and his staff. It is almost certain that our AD will make a change after this season. Remember though, the decision to extend the coach's contract was not made by Farmer, because he was not the AD last year. I'm positive there will be new reign in women's basketball at UL.

Do the players even listen to that "coach" anymore???

That's a great question. I think that the team will be as ready as the coach. If the coach has given up, the players have too. And that would be a shame.

I don't hold it against him but he was interim AD at the time the extension was announced by him. He did have a lot on his plate at the time.

I did not agree with the logic that ER was improving as a coach. It is true that the 2010-11 winning percentage .296 seemed better than the .281 of the year before and in the press conference it was said Errol's teams were improving, but it was smoke and mirrors.

They had played 4 fewer games from the year before and that's 4 games he couldn't lose. The final record showed 1 less win and 3 less losses against a weaker SOS than the year before. And he was rewarded with an extension.
