Other than the defense and the new kicker, nothing impressed me. Defending that spread option is tough to defend. They adjusted and shut them down second half. Sampson looked like ____. Howard looked like ____. Its like they were determined to try and showcase that Howard to Sampson connection. It was like Sampson was the only guy he threw to. Interior line is fkn terrible. If this is what they are, and I understand its the first game, but this is a 6-6 team.

Meanwhile, as far as the ongoing debates between these various QB1 and QB2 factions, it never seems to go well. how about new monikers, maybe QB Vermilion and QB White or QB Alligator and QB Bulldog, or QB script.cajuns and QB FDL

I Agee with that 100%. But Howard being Hurt and Beal coming in has nothing to do with the end of the Des era. The fact that the last 2 appearances at Cajun Field, the championship and the opening of new OLOL stadium the team was completely unprepared and not ready for the moment, that definitely has me concerned about the future.

I Agee with that 100%. But Howard being Hurt and Beal coming in has nothing to do with the end of the Des era. Never been more happy to not have bought season tickets. Falling for the fake hype was never in the plans for us.
