Paced by first-team selection and Newcomer of the Year Lizzie Mayfield, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Women's Soccer team placed three players on the 2020-21 All-Louisiana Team in an announcement on Thursday by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association (LSWA).
I follow soccer a little. These ladies are very deserving of these honors. Was Mayfield a senior? Does she have another year of eligibility?
On another note what happened to Gwen Mummert? She was a very physical defender from Germany. I do not see her on the 2021 roster?
