I like KK graduated and turned 18 in 1987 and remember the law changing right before I turned 18. Bars had some kind of loop holes the Albertsons of the world did not.

It was a state law that not all local governments enforced the same that is for certain.

Nope. I turned 18 October of my first fall semester in 1987 and it had changed before my 18th birthday. Trust me I know. I still had to use my fake ID in several places.
Re: Southeastern Louisiana Attendance
I believe it changed in '85 or '86
Re: Southeastern Louisiana Attendance
All I can say is 14 and some kind of id for the Southern Club in Opelousas, and 12 and up at the Evangeline Club in Ville Platte. We’d get small stars like Fats Domino to play. I can’t recall a single fatality from my area due to under age drinking.

It changed more than once, 18 to 21 then briefly back to 18 in the early 90’s then back to 21

It was a place in the county as I recall.
Re: Southeastern Louisiana Attendance
back on track since we are less than 4 weeks away, I predict 20,000 with a good turn out from our friends to the east
Re: Southeastern Louisiana Attendance
"I bring my RV to the Cajun Field parking lot about 6-7 weekends between August and September each year to camp, cook out, drive my 4-wheeler around, visit with other campers who just so happen to be there, and watch some TV outside of my RV. There also seems to be something going on inside the actual stadium on these weekends but not sure what ...."
Re: Southeastern Louisiana Attendance
17,000 if we are lucky. The excitement does not seem to be there. Not sure what else the team can do to get people engaged
Re: Southeastern Louisiana Attendance
Has anyone seen a hype video?
