Re: MBB: Almost Home: Louisiana Wraps Up Road Trip on Saturday at Texas State
Those stats took a beating today, but the team found the toughness to win.

For whatever it’s worth we played those last two better than MU who is pretty solid team.

40-43 if Louisiana had lost all 4

We shall see. I'll hold judgement until March.
Re: Basketball today Jan 21
I believe some decisions will be available when we play JMU, MU, and at SM.
Championship is still the minimum acceptable accomplishment. None of that changes my mind about the current head coach. He isn’t getting better with age. He needs to ride into the sunset hopefully on a good note
Re: Basketball today Jan 21
. . . it could be back to 4 games in March if we keep it up . . .

That’s the destination, but may as well enjoy the ride.
Re: Basketball today Jan 21
Regardless of what happens. I think most Cajun fans want to support the program, but also understand even if we win the SBC regular season championship and or win the tournament Bob needs to be gone. He can retire on a positive note.
Re: Basketball today Jan 21
It's all about 4 games in March.

joe can ball man. Our pg's make me cringe. Their play is our achilles heel. Try joe out at pg. He has good vision and plays under control. made some nice passes down low from the elbow. Our pg's are not div 1 level imo. Yes fulks has nice assist numbers due to his teamates spotting up for 3's but his turnovers, bad defense and bad free throws just make me frustrated.
Re: Basketball today Jan 21
Watching Tulane @ Tulsa. That place is packed and loud for a 4 win team.
Looks like they have some sections cut off, but even the broad shots of the gym look good.
Anyway, Ron hunter’s achilles is looking good.

Pathetic mentality. Thankfully this year's team isn't falling in to that trap like last year's did. at least to this point.

8.7 K arena. Our revived bottom is 6K I recall.
Lamers are a long standing rival who are 3rd place in the league. Don’t really know how cold it is, but might be a reason why there’s so many fans in cold states.

It's a one bid league, it is what it is. Actually 4 games in March is the mentality for every team in the league.
