New Coaches -as tweeted by Josh
So Reed Stringer (likely TEs), Stewart (DC), Edenfield (passing game coord./WRs) and Campbell (asst. HC/running game coord.) on board.
Re: New Coaches -as tweeted by Josh
Campbell expected to have OC title. Stringer likely recruiting coordinator.

Wow this staff has huge credentials. Hudspeth already delivers!

Re: New Coaches -as tweeted by Josh
Extremely impressive start for Coach Hudspeth. I didn't think we could land all 3 of those guys rumored to be targets.. This is awesome!

Re: New Coaches -as tweeted by Josh
is there anyone he may keep?
And does any of the new guys have ties to Louisiana for recruiting?
Re: New Coaches -as tweeted by Josh
We've got 4 LA guys in our past staff. Just get guys who can recruit. I don't care if the whole team is from Luxemborg. As long as we go bowling

I'm a little bit biased, as I grew up with Gerald and played Little League baseball with him, but I would like there to be a spot for him on this coaching staff. He didn't have to move his family back to Lafayette and I'm sure he can get a job wherever, but now that he has moved back here, I'd like to keep him.

He's a good coach. I'm a little biased too. I know Gerald's son and also know Tim Rebowe's son so I want them to keep their job. They both are apparently good coaches. Tim interviewed at Nicholls for the head coaching job last year and our LBs (when healthy) have been very solid in the past. I hope those 2 stay.

When can we expect a write up? Or is there one already?

Who will call the offensive plays? Will it be Campbell or Edenfield. I imagine it will be Edenfield

I don't think Edenfield is 100% on board yet. I think Blakeney is trying to keep him at Troy
Re: New Coaches -as tweeted by Josh
Was just told that DL coach Gerald Broussard will not be retained in 2011 by Hudspeth.
Re: New Coaches -as tweeted by Josh
The DC will probably have some imput. Is that still the Alabama man?
Re: New Coaches -as tweeted by Josh
Yes, Greg Stewart from Jacksonville State.

Coaching is a tough gig and those guys are nomads if they wish to be successful. Coach H needs to have his own people. The staff on board has not been successful. New start means new start
Re: New Coaches -as tweeted by Josh
Any word on who he kept if any from Bustles staff. How many coaches does it take to complete the staff for the Cajuns?
