Returns to UL football as General Manager.
A lot of college programs are creating GM positions for year-to-year roster retention and to augment recruiting/player evaluation.
According to the news release tidbit: "Reed has always had a big picture view of the needs of our program from roster management, to recruiting philosophy and everyday operations."
Necessary position to help HCs handle the enormous responsibility of yearly unlimited free agency.
That hire would fall under the "Premium Experience" I keep hearing about....

Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns head football coach Michael Desormeaux announced the addition of a familiar face to the program as Reed Stringer was tabbed as General Manager.
My only worry is that in the same roll, Reed couldn't influence Southern Miss above 1-11.

Indeed, an old familiar face returned to UL with a brand new job title when Reed Stringer was officially announced as the general manager of the Ragin’ Cajuns football program.
