pretty much all cost are covered by someone other than the player . . . volunteer host families provide room and board when they are in Lafayette . . . Cane Cutters provide same when they are on the roadQuote:

Locals stay with their parents. Others who live in Lafayette are provided a host family if they want. I hosted my son when he played for the CC. I don’t have accommodations at my house to keep others.Quote:
