We ran Weber off for this . . . Wow, just wow

Cajuns at Sun Belt Tourny on ESPN+ for those who want to watch.
Vic, it's very disappointing Weber decided UNO is where he wants to be and not on this team, otherwise we might be very competitive with him.

I have known the kid, his mama and his daddy for over 15 years.
It will be ashamed if Herb Shilling pulls his support for that boneheaded move by Theo.

I bet they’re really good people, and I’m happy he’s doing really well at UNO.
Pretty bush-league to post something negative about the guys who are there. They’re actually competing really well today. But you don’t care about that.

Quote to the contrary. I am watching and pulling hard for every player who has chosen to wear Louisiana across their chest and utilize their eligibility competing for Louisiana.
I don’t pull for any of them less because Matt Weber was deprived of his wish to also do so by the coach.

The dad lauded baseball for Louisiana around the time that Robe played here.
The dad has been a valued employee at a Shilling, probably the single largest sponsor of the Louisiana golf program.

I’d love to know what happened. Ive known the coach since he was a snot nosed kid in NI. I’ll ask him next time i see him.
Re: Golf: Ortego, Potgieter Pace Cajuns at SBC Championships
regardless of being run off by the Louisiana golf coach, daddy showed up this weekend for alumni weekend to celebrate having played baseball here at Louisiana and Matt Weber was here supporting the baseball team of the school that ran him off
that is what you call good people
what a frickin shame that Matt Weber was treated that way by his own
