And when you flip off the people that give you the $$$$$ they stop giving you the $$$$$ so maybe they should consider that before they continue being short-sighted and pompous with $$$$$ decisions and they might make more $$$$$ as a result.

I mean if we get to a point where attendance is zilch, and people stop showing up where do they expect the money to pay the 700k to pay for our Basketball Coach or the 750k to pay for our football coach ?

This is not the 90’s. Once these fans go that’s it. It will be hard to get them back.

At that point it we will have a shoe string budget with no fan support. If you thought a 20 million dollar budget is bad wait till it falls to a 7 million dollar budget .

If you raise ticket prices then you pricing even more fans out, and even less come to the game. So that formula doesn’t work.

The only thing that will work is catering to the masses and creating excitement for our programs .

If we were averaging 3k a game for basketball and now getting maybe 1k a game well that’s 1/3 of the money coming in.

Same with football.

If Ragin Review did not exist, the only people talking about Cajun Athletics would be the official UL social media accounts and Kevin Foote. Local radio coverage is nonexistent. The newspaper that formerly was the record of the city gives TSAB WBB equal coverage to UL football. It's ridiculous you go after three fans that spend hours pumping out free content after performing their full-time jobs.
