M$M had some good points of view on the defensive setup that the Cajuns have been using. Good feedback from the Mullet Man.

I listened on my way home didn’t hear a caller named Mullet.

Jerry hit the nail on the head when he talked about how Napier paid attention to the smallest of details and the team the last 2 years appear to not pay attention to the small details. That is a product of the process that starts in January in the identity phase and goes through camp. Eliminating outside distractions during camp is very important in developing a team that is laser focused on the small things that makes you a consistent winner.

But is he wrong? ;0

Butch will be a winner in this league. His first couple of years the roster was in shambles like bustle took over. Take a look at his resume and experience.

I wish Gerry (Jerry, Larry, Terry) would have been less negative in this episode. So many positives from Saturday he could have touched on.
