Louisiana v Texas | South Beach @ 1pm Friday

Good morning folks,

We have one hell of a game tomorrow. After an awesome 40 Win season, the Cajuns are representing Acadiana and all of Louisiana and even much further, down in sunny south Florida. The Longhorns are the opponent. Better said, after reading what Texas has been saying, we're the Longhorns opponent. Don't want to go into all of that, so I'm gonna leave with three (3) letters.

Should be a fun one. It's great to be back in Regionals. I just hope:

1) Weather doesn't delay our game
2) ESPN+ allows me to watch the game with LHN streaming it

Lefties seem to carve us up. Hopefully CJ keeps up his smashing of left handed pitchers. It’ll be about her tall task but those boys are there to win. Nothing would surprise me.

Soft tossing lefties carve us up.

We hit .300 against lefties vs .285 against righties. But we did have about 1100 less at bats against lefties than righties.

We are 175 underdogs with 140 coming back against Texas. Let’s show them what we do to 175 favorites tomorrow at 1:00.

With two wins over Coastal Carolina in two straight games in the Sun Belt Tournament, Louisiana sent warning signs to whomever it drew in the regional that it is capable of a surprise run to the Super Regionals.
