- Game 14 – No. 4 Seed Louisiana vs. No. 1 Seed Coastal, 12:30 p.m. CT
- If Necessary – 4:00 p.m. CT
- If Necessary – 7:30 p.m. CT
Sunday, May 28 | SBC Championship Game – 1:00 p.m. CT

Assuming we beat Coastal, we want App St to beat USM in the game being played right now. Somewhat levels out the pitching.
Coastal is a national seed regardless of what happens today. They also are down 1 & 2 starters and have used Sharkey twice. Cajuns are fighting for their lives. We have more to play for.
There is reason for optimism. We need a couple of pitchers to be super heroes.
If we were to somehow pull off the miracle and beat Coastal twice. Then wouldn’t it be better if we played USM in the finals regardless if we win? RPI wise?Quote:

Rpi wont matter once we get to the final if we’re being honest.
We have to win out to make it so if it’s southern miss or app State a loss kills us.
Only thing we want like some others have said is for app State to win game one to hurt southern miss pitching wise.
Just win our 12:30 matchup. That’s all I’m worried about for now.
