Cooper Rawls for Friday night please
Can someone tell me why this guy isn’t our Friday night starter? He throws strikes. He gets outs. He doesn’t walk people. Yet we trot out these guys who constantly ____ the bed. ST is not a pitching coach and this coaching staff doesn’t know how to manage pitchers. Chastise away and tell me about our whip and era etc…I’m here for it.

I’m guessing you can’t just pull Hammond from Friday after his 7 inning showing against Marshall. I know Marshall isn’t the best, but I wouldn’t be opposed or surprised to see some shuffling next series.

No hate here whatsoever. A good bit of Cajuns have been saying this. Cooper needs a shot at setting up the Weekend, IMO.

He hasn’t gotten out of the 4th inning in 3 of his last 4 starts.

2 of his last 4 have been eat innings mission. He dominated Tech. He dominates situations. That’s his value.

Lol. We are 35 games into the season. This is a problem. I respect preach for his throw down but he is better out of the pen. He is not a Friday night guy. If anyone on this team is, it is Rawls. So….

Yes....this team needs a marquee win to hopefully jump-start the last quarter of season. We are now at the win big now to have any chance to get RPI to mid 30's or must win SBC tournament.

I’ll be in BR vs LSUA&M We need to win the next 3 games in 3 days. These 3 are Big RPI boost games.
