The illegal pitches for Johnson were just insane. I mean she was illegal, but it really disrupted the game. It was a struggle to know what the counts were. How they’ve dealt with that all year is nuts. Just dealing with it and her still being as good as she is. Before that rule change there’s no way you could leave her out there.
She must have had about 25 illegals called on her. Could have been more.
No doubt. Kudos to her for saying “oh well” and continuing to go, but that had to get to her. The Cajuns hit her up, but more than a few on second chances.Quote:
