Students Returning to Their Old Spot(s)

University students will have a big reason to cheer as Louisiana Football takes the field for this upcoming season, as student tailgating will return to Cajun Field for 2019. Located to the southeast of the facility, the student tailgate area will feature music, food vendors and activities.

Nice.... looks like it will backup to the Redzone bar and grill area. I really like the idea behind this and hope it takes off. Putting the student tailgating in close proximity should help make it a big ___ party area

Interesting that the students asked to be moved from Cajun Field but upon further review..... I do like this. They belong near us old timers.

This...they've done enough to screw up the atmosphere on the student side the last few years as anyone or anything, back off and let junior have some fun...

Hopefully they also let students have more of the mid field seats on the east side. Finally a must in my view is to move the band back near midfield.

A sponsor for each Game can handle that money! Put up a Student Council Billboard primo to season and through season with each Student Red Zone Cajun Cash giveaway Sponsor on Billboard.

You have to get the clubs and Greeks back involved they are what kickstarts students involvement.

I think he meant that they would do a giveaway based on the number of students, @ $2 a student that would be $2K.....and give it towards the end of the 4th Q, and 'winner must be present.' Sounds good to me...incentivies them to bring in more students, and to stay the whole game. A neat event for someone to sponsor.
