Nick Weber coming home?

Supposedly was left off the lsu roster for the regional, and now rumors he is leaving the team. Anyone else hear this?

He was supposively left off to carry another arm is what I’ve heard on radio.

Just what we need at fleur de leis high...another kid who couldn't make it at LSU and in the SEC, coming home to the SUN WORST...

I have not heard anything on it but he is a great kid and would love to have him as a Cajun!!!

I would imagine he would go the JUCO route for a year so he doesn't have to sit. Would be cool to eventually reunite him with his high school teammate, Cantrelle.

That’s my point. Doesn’t matter what, players don’t just get suspended. Being a home town player doesn’t earn a pass.

Could be something simple as Louisiana State got wind of his desire to leave the program. Whatever it is, will be between him and his new coach.

There is no Nick Weber. Webre is the proper spelling of his name. And, it's pronounced "Webb".

Maybe he's one of those entitled kids like Des and the rest of the CHS kids as one poster suggested on another thread. I know he went to TC it could be an issue with all white privileged catholic school kids. (Tongue planted in cheek). It would be nice to land him. Kid can stroke it and could solve DH issues immediately.

Coming from a good source, as of yesterday, UL was the only state school that hasn't called him yet.

I know I'll get flack, but again, just going off of what I was told.

Not really immediately. He would have to sit out a year

And if he goes the juco route we probably don’t get him here the year after.

Sometimes we try not to get those real good hitters. It takes focus off of pitching and defense.
