That's for sure, my two youngest (5 &3) flip out anytime he gets close! Last week when i brought them over to give the team high five, the only place I could get was near the chearleaders. Well he was right there and they both started doing circles around me and ran away...It was actually pretty funny b/c I didn't see what they were freaking out about until my 3 yr old was in tears. I had to go on the opposite side of the chearleader just to get them to chill out!

I don't love the slogan, but it's a Homecoming theme. Who cares?
Any truth to the rumor homecoming is going to be a "blackout" and UL is going to come out in all black UNI's?

arent homecoming themes supposed to be corny, they're not there to get the team fired up or anything, seems like hawk always has something to complain about. 4-2(2-0) we gotta find something right? oh yea homecoming, homecoming isnt manly enough....makes sense.

Find the source of the idea. Hit them as hard as Adam Sandler hit Bob Barker. Tell them "the price is WRONG, beeeotch!"

Have any of you seen Brutus, The OHIO State mascot, up close. He/she/it is dressed in totally brown from head to feet with an acorn on the head. Now that comes close to the Pepper. At least the pepper is colorful.

This is true for one of my nephews. He almost peed in his pants at the Cajundome one night because he was terrified that the Pepper was waiting for him on the concourse. I had to eventually carry him to the bathroom with him screaming, "Noooooo! HE'S UP THERE!!" like Satan himself was waiting. I tortured him for a long time with cries of, "Is that THE PEPPER, I see?" at all sporting events. Cuz I'm evil like that.

All I'm saying is that our spirit board for band had to be Press Your Luck themed. If you remember, the board had three lines of text, "Press" on the first, "Your" on the second, and "Luck" on the third. We drew out our gameboard, and we were going to put "SQUEEZE THE HOOTERS", but, we probably would have not gotten away with it. We ended up putting "BEAT THE" on the first line, "WHOOTERS" on the third, and "Geaux Cajuns" on the second line, and in the middle.
