TV for Western KY? ... NOT ... YES
I see on the Western site they have the Cajun -Hilltopper game on for their video stream. Looks like our system. Wonder if UL will offer on our site or will have to register on the Western site. Right now there is nothing posted on the UL site about getting their feed.

I hate to mention bad news, but what WKU has listed on their website is audio only for the UL game.
This game is not being televised in any media form that I have been able to find. We decided to travel to his game because of this.
Ragin Station only shows UL home games, so it will also not be available.
Simply put, there is no media available for this game, other than audio......at least that's all I have been able to find.....but please correct me if I am wrong.

Most conference road games in football and basketball are televised on RaginCajuns.com. I have watched plenty of them in the past. It could be that WKU does not have the equipment set up in their stadium for this to occur however.

Agreed Mike. I remember watching us absolutely destroy Monroe and NT along with the debacle at Troy on Ragin Station.

I stand corrected!
It is not available at the source (WKU) and therefore not potentially available on Ragin Station.

What about Channel Surfing? If not any radio feed?
Re: Besides Ragin Station, any TV for Western KY?
Just noticed the audio icon on their site. Looks like they have video for some and not others.

On the opening page of RaginStation, there is a statement that if the host school does not use JumpTV as their source for video webcasting, it cannot be carried on RaginStation. Most of the SBC schools do use JumpTV but apparently WKU does not. That does not mean they won't in the future. For now, we will have to make do with Jay and Steve on Saturday night. As far as RCajun90's question about audio, ESPN1420 has been streaming for a couple of years. Listen to the game over their website.
Re: Besides Ragin Station, any TV for Western KY?
Looks like we will all be listening to ole JAYBIRD.
Question on watching the game on line
I know this has been brought up earlier in the week, but where and how can one go to watch a stream of the game? Thanks.
Re: Question on watching the game on line
MAC,
I get the stream on ragincajuns.com. Then I plug my computer in to the TV to view it. Its close to the real thing!
Re: Question on watching the game on line
Why doesn't it show a video link next to the WKU game?
Re: Question on watching the game on line
You can't watch online because WKU is not streaming online.
Re: Question on watching the game on line
I went on the Western Kentucky website. It looks as though you can pay to LISTEN to the game. Not sure but there was a symbol next to the game that to me indicates that is what is going on. Just a suggestion
Re: Question on watching the game on line
If you click on the link that says live events near the top of the WKU's website, it shows that the game is just audio only. From what I can tell, the bottom of their website just list all upcoming events video AND audio. I know I would rather go to espn1420.com and listen to Jay instead of their radio if I had a choice.
Also from RaginCajuns.com
**
UL is only responsible for the stream of the home events listed. Since all members of the Sun Belt Conference that have JumpTV are under agreement to share the online streams, any road event listed on the stream list is the responsibility of that team. If the opponent's webpage is hosted by any company other than JumpTV, then the online streams cannot be shared. UL will only request the video stream from opponents with JumpTV. Audio streams will not be requested from opponents. UL cannot guarantee the quality of video or audio of the stream of these road events. If any problem occurs with an online stream of road event, contact that universities webmaster or online representative. If any problem occurs with an online stream of a home event, be aware that UL is addressing the issue since we are monitoring the stream. However, most problems that do occur are usually due to system requirements, internet connection of your computer, or any programs that you are simultaneously running with the online stream. You may avoid these problems by clicking the video below to check.

Re: Besides Ragin Station, any TV for Western KY?
So to prevent any confusion, here's what happened...
UL asked WKU if there was going to be a video stream for the game, anticipating that if there was, they would share. WKU said there would be no video stream. Then, magically, a video stream appears on their website.
Gotta love those guys.
