In regards to Jesse, he was actually drafted in the CFL draft and has exhausted all of his eligibility.

Just to be pin point accurate he exhausted his eligibility and then was drafted by the CFL. In the top 5 or 6 picks maybe?

My goodness! Can these be accurate. Jaron Odom, 6-8 355pds. If that guy can play at all, Coach has to find a way to get him on the field. He's just a young guy.
Just glancing over, in general I believe our team overall height and weight has gone up since Bustle 1st started. Again, if these are accurate.

Of the 99 players listed, 56 cite Louisiana as their home state.
I have not checked other universities but, I doubt that there is a overwhelmingly larger percentage. Also listed are 8 from a 4-6 hour drive of Lafayette.
The Ragin Cajuns will win with local products.

Is it really true Hall Davis gained 50 lbs. since last season. He went from a skinny but well defined DE weighing about 212 lbs. last season to weighing 262 lbs. this season. If he kept any speed and skill he is going to be a beast this season.

Is it me or is this team freaking HUGE. I saw some pictures of Zanders and Hall Davis, those cats are studs. Hall Davis looks like an SEC starting DE. I've never been this eager for a season in 22 years of being a fan.

Wait! All these guys are too small to play on the line! Coach Phillips has done a great job with the off-season conditioning and nutrition program. Yes, Hall looks all 260 lbs and still has good quickness.

Some of the weights from last year might have been off a little bit to because i never thought davis weighed 214 like the roster said. He always seemed like he had mroe weight on him than that...not saying he was 250 or anything but not 214

I don't know why but for some reason they still have the Canadian Football League's 3rd overall pick listed on the UL roster.

Someone else said the same thing, I don't understand why weighing someone is pretty simple to get right. Many of the players in the pictures definitely look bigger including Davis, McCoy, and others.

Check today's RaginCajuns.com website. There is a current roster with up to date weights on the players. Looks like our DL is much bigger this year, especially at DE. I am getting fired up about our Defense this year.

We appear to finally have a huge defensive team to compete that is supposed to be big, strong and fast. I did a quick look at the roster (as posted on RaginCajuns.com) and came up with the following anticipated 2 deep roster. Remember, we used to have 230# DEs and 280# tackles that were 6'1". Now, look at what we have. I didn't include the Defensive Backs, just focusing on size. With the mentality that our Defensive Coordinator is bringing, I am expecting a defense that will kick ass this year and surprise everyone.

But yet Chris Richard is listed as 185? He was listed coming in as 205. I thought by seeing him last year that he was closer to 205 than 185 but oh well. I still need to get there and see some of these guys to believe those weights. I hope they are truly accurate. I saw Grand Fleming not long ago and he didn't look 232 but I sure would like to see him there and I think he can play at that weight with his frame and lose nothing.
