Why would this game be postponed? Last I checked you can still play baseball in cold weather.

That's different from what I saw earlier today. Must have changed. Louisiana weather, blah.

Now that the game has been cancelled, I guarantee that it will not rain any appreciable amount.

If there is lightening during the game and the game has to be canceled (LSWHO) it would not be rescheduled. Robe has discussed this in the past that once a team rolls it buses the money is spent and it is unlikely they will come back to make up the game.

0% chance of rain until 10 PM. Oh well

I live less than a mile from the Tigue, and it never did rain...oh well.

I have a feeling Tony didn't want to give Southeastern the same opportunity that we had with the school to the East. There was threat of rain and it was cold. While we do have turf, it does get slick. Risk vs Reward resulted in a postponement. Personally, I'm happy with coming back on April 30th when the temperature has risen a bit. I wasn't looking forward to sitting in the cold with the chance of getting rained on.
