Will Fenroy break 1000 for the 3rd year in a row

He needs 247 yards with 2 games to go.

I can see 150 against just FIU.....so he definitely can. I'd like to see that and Desmo get the 250 he needs to break Mitchell's record. The more positives we can wring out of these last few games the better.

I'm in with a yes, but it depends less on him and more on how many carries he gets with Desmo running so well and Wallace being so involved.

And, consider this accomplishment while missing two or three games due to injury.

He might just get it done this week with FIU :D Ok, well, he will at least get a very good chunk of it against FIU particularly with Des hurting.

He should also drop a c-note on ULM. :D

I watched the FIU vs ASU game 2 weeks ago and I think it is a good possibility Fenroy has a big game. FIU was running a cover 2 and got a lot of pressure from the outside with their DE's and if they get up field like they did in that game I can see the Zone Read working well. Instead of Desmo pulling it out and taking it outside just give to Fenroy up the middle for big gains.

Desmo can break the all time CFB rushing record for QBs this season. I think he needs like 400 yards or so, probably wont happen but it is still a possibility.

I have sent a note to both FIU and ULM to allow both records to be broken. They also asked if we could find any other records or key performance indicators that we would like to achieve this year, so that they may assist on those as well.

Actually, they did not agree up-front. But, I told them that both MD and TF are injured and not to concentrate on either during the games. I told them that we would throw every single down. They said that they would drop back in pass coverage and long bomb defense on every play.

With that part of the work already taken care of, I think we are set for the record breaking. Hey, I do what I can...

I agree with you Damon, that is a tall order and I just don't see it happening. I would love to be wrong it's just a shame that he banged his ankle up earlier.

He will top 100 in one, if not both games. He has the ability to top 125 in each. I think with questions about Dez's health for the FIU game, the team will lean on TF some more.

FIU has a TERRIBLE run defense...I think our ENTIRE team will run wild on them (if not, we WILL lose!)

I don't care if Fenroy wanted to play the next week, if your ankle isn't ready and coach puts you in? He forced you in. If the coaches hadn't forced Fenroy's ankle to play the week after the sprain he would be a few yards away by now.

Did I hear right? Fenroy with 130 yards rushing so far this game? If so, he is 117 yards away from 1000 for the 3rd straight year.

He will get it! Even more impressive this year since he has a couple of games with limited playing time due to an injury.

Fenroy finishes with 150 yards ... he only needs 97 yards (if my math is correct) next week.

I very much would like to see Fenroy get that 3rd year in a row of over 1000 yards rushing. I'll be there to see it if it happens. I'm sure he wants the win more than he wants the rushing stats. I hope we get both.

I hope he rushes for about 250 yards against ULM, as we destroy them! One can only hope.... :)
