And, a couple very ineteresting stats 1.) they've lost a lead in a game 7 times this year, they've scored on the very next drive 6 times. 2.) They went into the OSU game with only 34 penalties in 9 games...they don't kill themselves. They're also averaging 42+ points per game, second most in the nation, although that could be elevated due to their schedule.
Defensively, I'm not willing to take a stance. I do know, however, that Aqib Talib seems pretty special. And, they did a pretty good of keeping OSU at bay while their Offense did their job. Obviously OSU chances were hurt when bowman got hurt, but did you see that freshman Des Bryant, and the catches he made? Wow! Nonetheless, the defense did what they had to do.
Overall, they are a good team, and if they get through MU and OU, then I WOULD be worried if I were an LSU fan. Just think Kentucky. Defense that does what they need to do. Offense that spreads you out. Good Rushing team. Good passing team. Offense moves the pocket around. Its too early to make any predictions, but like I said, be careful what you wish for. _
