Marshall wins 48-46, despite shooting 26.2 % FG, 50% FT.
Killer 7 point 4th quarter.
-9 turnover margin and offensive rebound margin.
Louisiana had a 10 point lead at one point.
On to year 14.

Fire Brodhead. Does the admin even care?
Re: Women Join the Competition in Pensacola on Thursday
I watched the game, as I have for most of the season. This team had good potential to go deep into our tourney and even win it on good night. What's so frustrating to me, is this was one of the most talented and tallest group that we've had in a long time. The had lots of injury issues early on, but anybody watching could see the potential was there. The part that gets me so wound up is when we turn the ball over making a pass that either wasn't there or was not accurately thrown. If you watched the game last night, the TO's we had compared to Marshall was indicative of this trend. We turned over Marshall by making a great move to steal a pass or pressure defensively. We, on the other hand, turned it over a lot just making bad decisions or thinking we could make a pass that wasn't there. Frustrating!
Now, Gary has to replace at least 9 players that were in there last season of eligibility.

Don’t look now, Marshal WBB is making a run at the 7 game gauntlet. 4-0, plays 3rd seed Troy next.
Re: Women Join the Competition in Pensacola on Thursday
Does any other conference have a similar bracket format?
Re: Women Join the Competition in Pensacola on Thursday
It’s time for us to move on from Brodhead.

It worked as designed, down to top 4 in MBB & WBB.
Just another example, follow the money. Nobody has a realistic chance of winning 5, 6 or 7 days in a row. Hotel rooms, meals and transportation spent in Pensacola just because.
Just adds crappy NET ranking numbers to be absorbed by the eventual champion. Want the eventual champion one day to have a chance at a decent seed? Got to trim the baggage. Compounding bad NET numbers help nobody, except those who want to hold the non power programs in their place.
