Idk what all of this means exactly but if you watch Dave’s podcasts he has all but said he is coming back to Lafayette.

OK. I have only listen to that one pod and heard him say “I don't live in Lafayette, at least not yet.”
Then I read Jay’s comment a few days later and put the 2 together. He’ll run RP3 out of business.
