There are prospects that are projectable, but aren't ranked because they become starters their junior or senior years. Rubio, Gillie and John Leglue (switched his commit to Tulane) are just a few that come to mind that I covered. All of them had state offers until late in the game. These athletes usually take a few years to develop, but they are not FCS prospects that we signed.
